Creative Arts Psychotherapies offer a different mode of communication for Teenagers that are non-threatening and which they have a sense of control over. It can be difficult for Teenagers to understand and talk directly about their feelings and difficulties so communicating through another medium may be easier or more appropriate for them.

We provide two creative arts psychotherapy services for teenagers. Art Psychotherapy with Art Psychotherapists, Rebecca O’Connor, Pia Lück and Anna Mulvihill and Eco Art Therapy with Anna Mulvihill.
