Eco art therapy groups and workshops offer a shared space to address similar issues or themes or to simply find connections between each other and the environment. The natural materials offer a playful and engaging way to connect with others and ourselves. The sessions allow participants to immerse themselves in the natural world which in itself has been proven to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Groups are offered a confidential and safe shared space to explore and express emotions guided gently by the therapist. Each participant can choose their own level of engagement and can share within a place of trust and without judgement.

Eco art therapy works with the approach that nature is co therapist and offers her own palette, containment and insights for the participants. Groups can be a series of sessions or one off workshops for up to eight participants. Eco art therapy can be offered to groups of all ages and abilities.

If you are involved in a group or organisation and you would like to set up some group eco art therapy, I can meet with you to discuss the particular needs and aims of the group, any themes or issues you would like to explore and any aims or hopes you may have for the intervention. Before embarking on any eco art therapy group sessions we will establish the therapeutic and confidential boundaries for our particular project. We will also agree on any written reports you or your organisation may require.
