The need for social distancing has left many children, teenagers and adults without their usual therapy support. We are responding to the needs of our clients and to future clients by offering emotional support through online Art, Play and Drama therapy sessions. We are also offering online support to Parents and Carers.

The online creative therapies are available to all age groups, children, adolescents and adults and to those who may have to self-isolate due to ongoing medical conditions.

If you are interested in further information on how the process works or would like to engage in online therapy sessions, please contact us at the relevant phone numbers that correspond to the therapy you are interested in.

These online therapy sessions are a temporary measure during the current health emergency. When the social distancing restrictions change, we will return to face to face Play, Drama and Art therapy sessions at Sligo Arts Psychotherapy Centre.

You may prefer to engage in face to face therapy sessions, if this is the case, please contact us at the relevant phone numbers. We are also taking calls for future appointments and clients.

Online Parent/Carer Support

We offer online parent/carer support to address any questions or challenges, you as a parent/carer may face during this current situation. The aim is to help and support you to understand your child’s behaviour better and explore alternative responses.
